Our Christmas raffle raised £200 for the Pilgrims Hospice. Thank you to everybody that brought a Ticket.
The Pigs!!
Our herd of pigs are proving very successful with the quality of meat being exceptional. We have added another 7 to the herd. We have pure bred Oxford Sandy Blacks and Saddlebacks and it will be back on the menu very soon.
Turkeys!!
For Christmas 2015 we reared our own turkeys. These Proved to be a huge success and produced some fantastic meat. This years will arrive soon, led by our resident Stag, Branston.
Ducks!!
We also now have a flock of pure bred Aylesbury Ducks, which we will be breeding this summer. These can currently be found on our menus.
Venison!!
All of the Venison on our menu is sourced from our own woodland which we manage for the welfare of the deer.
