Experienced Head Chef required to lead our strong kitchen team and play an influential role as part of the management team.
The Head Chef will be required to be autonomous, using their previous experience to manage very carefully the fundamentals of a professionally run kitchen, in addition to working closely with the Executive Chef to develop the menus.
The successful applicant needs to be ‘hands-on’, focused on GP, inspirational and motivational to a strong team who are keen and willing to learn. They must have a passion for excellent fresh food & be familiar working in an environment with a high volume of product preparation and turnover.
