Working hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Thursday & 8am – 4pm Friday
Rate of pay: £7.50 per hour
Duties to include –
- Packing and Labelling sliced meats, cheeses and ‘deli tubs’
- Keeping all work areas clean and tidy at all times (H&S training provided)
- Cleaning used equipment regularly
- Maintaining batch/date & cleaning logs
Essential attributes –
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transport to and from rural working location
- Be able to work well with people and as part of a team
- Confident working under pressure, planning ahead and prioritising workload
- Attention to detail and to take pride in the presentation of your work
Ideal Attributes –
- Previous experience within a food production environment
- Food Hygiene certificate level 1 or higher
- Any knowledge of artisanal foods especially cheese.
