An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Hop and Huffkin to recruit a new Chef de Partie.
The opportunity would suit someone who is currently a Commis Chef role and is keen to take the next step up the ladder or perhaps someone who is already is a Chef de Partie, but would like the opportunity of working under talented, young chefs in a busy kitchen.
All our food is prepared from fresh, locally sourced produce and the menu is varied and changes regularly.
We would like you to have a minimum of Professional Cookery – Level 2 or to have worked a minimum of one year in a busy kitchen.
You must be enthusiastic, hard-working, passionate and committed to a career as a chef.
