A commercial fruit farm is looking to recruit an experienced Farm Manager to help with the day to day running of their sites.
Key responsibilities:
Managing various harvests throughout the year. Including top fruit and soft fruit.
Day to Day management of seasonal workers at various points throughout the season Management of the farm on a daily basis including husbandry, pruning, spraying, pest control
Experience Required
Seasonal labour planning and management
Experience with top fruits, soft fruits and vegetables Hands on experience of running or assisting in the running of a commercial farm Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures Spraying licence would be beneficial.
