Head Gardener – Experienced Gardener position available – must be able to lead team of 2, to run, manage & maintain a working kitchen garden & poly tunnel – liaising closely with the Head chef.
Entry Level / Commis Chef – An entry level position into the professional catering industry, either with the view to working towards becoming a ‘Commis Chef’ (for those with no experience) or a Commis Chef position for candidates already working at this level.
