Priya Reynolds and Jack Watson have been named Senior and Junior winners of the Kent Young Chef Award 2014, after the ‘Live Cook Off’ at the renowned East Kent College, Catering Facility in Broadstairs.
The eight finalists: four Junior and four Senior, took part in the live final on Friday 14th November. The competition took place on the campus’s fourth floor restaurant, where they were able to use the comprehensive kitchens at this first-class catering college. The four Judges, led by celebrity Chef Richard Phillips had the arduous job of selecting the winners.
