We are delighted to see more Kentish food at Whitstable Harbour Village this season, including the introduction of artisan bread from celebrity baker, Paul Hollywood.
Paul Hollywood resides in Kent and new trader Tim Bennett is very excited about the success of the artisan bread which arrives freshly baked early in the afternoon.
“Customers are following the trolley of bread down the quayside,” he says.
Tim combines the bread with an offering of Kentish made oils, preserves and chutneys sourced from leading farms and producers across the county.
