Following its success at the Taste of Kent Awards, The Zingiberi Bakery has added two new products to its Captain’s cookie range. They are small mini packets of cookies in two varieties ‘Peanut & Milk Chocolate’ and ‘Kentish Apple & Cobnut’.
Zingiberi’s owner Amanda Beattie said, ‘we already supply to a number of cafes and hotels, so we think that our new premium fun size cookie packets will have broad appeal across Kent’s hospitality industry.’
