Kent Downs Artisan Meats – formerly High Quality Meats have had a busy time of late, with the launch of their new name, and new branding.
The modest & simple family run establishment, pride theirselves on producing the best possible meat and meat products including English charcuterie. All their livestock is rare breed, bred, raised and butchered, on site in their registered artisan unit.
Their Traditional Free Range Tamworth Piggies spend their time foraging in the idyllic chestnut woodland, eating whatever nature gives up, supplemented by local orchard apples when in season.
The Wiltshire Horn sheep, preside on the banks and slopes of the Kent Downs, eating wild flowers, wild herbs and make light work of the pastures of lush green grass.
All of their livestock are registered with the Rare Breed Survival Trust (RBST).
