We will provide our students with extensive menu training to enable them to work in award winning kitchens. After an initial induction training period you will work in a busy kitchen 5 days a week and each week have an additional days training to hone and develop your skills.
The training will be given by a highly trained chef Daniel Kennedy who has worked in some of the country’s most prestigious kitchens.
While working you will gain experience in all sections of the kitchen, allowing you the time to learn which section you love the most.
What do you get out of it?
You will gain a City & Guilds Professional cookery level 2 diploma.
NB: All costs of studying are covered but you may need to purchase some key items of equipment.

Our commitment to you
We work very closely with your employers to ensure your training and development is continually progressing.
You will receive at least minimum wage,with bonus incentives included.
We have dedicated staff on hand to answer any questions and give support throughout your training with us.
Your commitment to us
You are required to work at least 30 hours a week.
You are required to complete all handouts, homework and assignments set by your training provider and your workplace.
Attend the cookery school for a minimum of 1 day a week for both practical and theory lessons.
