Mimi Fine Foods put Christmas Dinner in a tart

Christmas tartKent cook, Sam Gould, loves Christmas. As founder of Mimi Fine Foods, she wanted to make this Christmas more special than ever. So the latest delight from her Sandhurst home kitchen is… the Christmas Dinner tart.

It’s a dreamy combination of classic Christmas dinner flavours: tender turkey, chestnuts and brussels sprouts, all in a delicious single-serve tart. What better way to get an early taste of Christmas?

This seasonal treat is only available in November and December from selected good food venues including the Kino cinema in Hawkhurst, Nutmeg Deli in Tenterden, and Judge’s in Robertsbridge.

Mimi tarts continue to be a growing success with an ever-changing range of sweet and savoury tarts. Where possible, fresh local Kent produce is used. They are available in better cafes and farmshops such as the Weald Smokery in Flimwell and Will’s in Northiam.

So why not linger over the food shots at mimifinefoods.com and also “like” their facebook page.
