We ferment mushrooms with quinoa and then bake them into a panini size for a savoury ‘beefy’ snack without the meat.
Delicious cold or hot: Pan fry for 2 minutes at medium heat in a little olive oil to serve warm for a fabulous anytime snack – a good source of protein!
