Chocolate: Indulge Your Inner Chocoholic

Rochester, Kent – DK Books (Dorling Kindersley Books Ltd) is proud to offer their latest chocolate book Chocolate: Indulge Your Inner Chocoholic, which hit UK bookstores on 1st September 2016.  Chocolate is an informative reference book by Dom Ramsey that explores the world of chocolate in detail, how it transforms from the cocoa tree to the bar.

Most significantly though for the local Kent public, Chocolate includes two original recipes by Rochester’s very own Bruno Breillet, Pastry Chef and Co-Owner of Bruno’s Bakes & Coffee.  Bruno grew up in Lyon, France and specializes in French and American delights. After relocating from London, he started “Bruno’s”, as the locals call it, 2 ½ years ago in Rochester High Street and is receiving national attention and awards for his creations.

Bruno is one of only 12 international recipe contributors for this book, contributors specially chosen by the author, Dom Ramsey, a UK-based chocolate expert, international chocolate competition judge, and founder of Damson Chocolate Company.  Bruno’s two recipes are “Chocolate Macarons with a Red Wine Ganache”, and “All-Chocolate Brioche Suisse”.
