BACCHUS 2015
A medium dry wine full of super citrus fruit characters similar to Sauvignon Blanc but with distinctively fruitier, fresher tones of elderflower, gooseberry, melon and lemon. Balanced higher acidity with natural residual sugars from shortened ferment and extended time on lees. Great for summer lunch or pre-dinner/during dinners or with meaty european and oriental cuisine.
RONDO 2015
Fruity refreshing rose with balanced summer fruit characteristics –youthful strawberry and cream notes similar to Kent hedgerow berries. It has a well-balanced crispness with a lasting moorish finish. Ideal summer afternoon with smoked fish or grilled foods. it evaporates well.
PINOT NOIR 2015
Calm well balanced Pinot with tonnes of tannin and great for meats. Darker then a normal pinot and unusually lightly oaked.
