The response to a sneak peak behind the fudge making scenes, the opportunity to buy factory price Christmas gifts, whilst clutching a steaming mulled wine and sampling some of the 40 plus range of fudge flavours en route was understandably keen. Meanwhile, Fudge Kitchen have been wall to wall exhibiting at consumer shows from the Ideal Home Show to the Festive Gift Show, with a particularly impressive double stand presence at last week’s BBC Good Food Show Winter: one given over to Whipping Cream fudge and one to the Gourmet Butter Fudge range.
And, with no exhibition let-up in sight, the Fudge Kitchen team are now readying themselves to join near on 1,500 exhibitors in Cologne for ISM, the world’s largest confectionary trade fair. Not a dieter’s destination.
