Bruno Breillet, Pastry Chef at Bruno’s Bakes & Coffee in Rochester, will have two original recipes published in DK’s upcoming ‘Chocolate: Indulge Your Inner Chocoholic’ book. One recipe is for his Red Wine and Chocolate Macarons and the other is for his All-Chocolate Brioche Suisse. The book will be available in bookstores on 1 September, but you can pre-order on Amazon now.
