Anno Distillers, Kent’s first micro-distillery and the first to distil gin in the county for 200 
years are opening their doors for tours and tastings of the Anno Distillery in Marden.
Anno Distillers have been selling their super-premium handcrafted Anno Kent Dry Gin to the public since October and it is going down a treat! Anno Gin is flavoured using traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, cassia, amongst others, but with an extra Kentish twist from hops, elderflower, lavender, rose hips and samphire to celebrate being based in the Garden of England.
Distillery tours start at £12 (which includes a £5 voucher redeemable against a 70cL bottle of Anno Gin brought on the day) and compromises a welcome Anno G&T, a talk on the short history of our distillery here in Marden, an introduction to Patience, our beautiful 300L copper-pot still, exploration of the 16 botanicals used to make Anno Gin and a tutored tasting of our neat gin. Further tours such as the distillery tour with tutored tasting £25, include tantalising your taste buds with a range of artisanal gins in a number of ways to awaken your senses and let out your inner gin connoisseurs. Tours and tastings intend to be informative as well as fun, to include everyone from those new to gin to avid gin drinkers.
