A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Ferry House Inn family. We are looking for an experienced ‘Head Gardener’ or a very enthusiastic, well informed Under Gardener seeking to hone their skills. You’ll need to be: energetic, fit, positive, enthusiastic, very creative, love working with people and be someone who really gets our ‘house style’, and of course have great plant knowledge.
You’ll need to know how to manage and encourage your enthusiastic garden team to develop and support them in their learning. You will be working closely with our Head Chef & FOH Manager in the planning and implementation of fresh produce & flowers for the pub & restaurant. Our kitchen garden & landscaped garden represents about 3.5 acres.
