Come along to Kent Life in Maidstone on 9 June 2018 to enjoy a fun evening of barn dancing to live music from The Climax Ceilidh Band. Everyone can join in so either come alone or bring your family and friends.
The beauty of a Ceilidh or Barn Dance is that everyone can take part, young or old, experienced dancers to beginners and even those with two left feet! The dances are easy to learn and a caller will show you exactly what to do as the dance goes on.
The music will be based on traditional folk music but is often ‘jazzed up’ in response to the dancing.
It’s enjoyable for all the family and Kent Life’s indoor and outdoor play areas will also be available when little feet get tired. Enjoy a bite from the BBQ* and a drink from the licensed bar*.
Doors open at 6.30pm with a 7pm start. The event will finish at approximately 10pm, with a break at 8.30pm.
