Produced in Kent members Tom & Ellen Sole, of Great Broxhall Farm Bed & Breakfast, near Canterbury treated their guests to a truly Kentish affair when they got married in their barn on 14th September.
Having met Caroline and Michael Wilding from Dine Thyme at the Taste of Kent Awards 2013 dinner in March, the couples worked together to source as many products as possible from Produced in Kent members, including Biddenden Sparkling wine, Clearly Juice Russet apple juice, Nip from The Hip Kent berry vodka, Linton chocolate cobnuts and OF COURSE Dine Thyme who created a
fantastic local venison pie and mash for 100 people, followed by an evening buffet of sausage rolls, scotch eggs and Taste of Kent award winning quail egg pies.
Ellen said ‘We actually met Caroline and Michael at the Taste of Kent awards last year, so it was really nice for us to use them. We have been asked for their contact details by a lot of our wedding guests who have events coming up, so hopefully it will lead to more business for them as well.’
