This new programme http://foodtalk.co.uk/ has been launched to showcase food innovation and promote artisan producers and is live every week at 4pm on Thursdays and midday on Mondays UK time. Food and drink experts from around the country will also help listeners track down the latest food and drink offers available, and show them how to choose the best ingredients and produce.
