Cafe Supervisor
The Bakehouse at 124, Tonbridge
The Bakehouse at 124 is an Artisan Bakery/Coffee Shop at the north end of Tonbridge High Street. Not only do we bake all our products on site in our open plan Bakehouse but offer in our coffee shop pastries, cakes and food all of which we prepare from scratch on a daily basis.
We are looking for a foodie with experience supervising staff to come and join our team.
First things first, do you:
- Love great food and drink
- Know a cappuccino from a latte
- Get a buzz from delivering great service and are comfortable leading a team then you could be just the person for us
- Understand our love of sourcing the best local ingredients and making tantalising food.
Do you have what it takes?
You need to be a details person and have high standards when it comes to service, cleanliness and organisation.
We need you to be motivated when setting up for each shift and thorough when it comes to cleaning down at the end of every day’s service.
We never leave a job for tomorrow that could be done today.
You will be a responsible person that can cash up, be a keyholder and have the confidence to run events and always be striving to improve our business from every angle.
This is a fulltime position for an ambitious person and as such you will work most Saturdays and some evenings a month. Pay will depend on experience.
