The first of eight Ciders to be released throughout the year marks the beginning of the harvest with the single variety early season Cider: Pure Discovery
Kentish Pip are shaking up the cider market with their unique East of England Ciders that use a special selection of hand picked Kentish dessert apples blended with a choice of bittersweet and bittersharp cider varieties.

A Journey of Pure Discovery
To launch the special edition range Kentish Pip have produced a single variety Cider showcasing the great Discovery Apple. This early season apple has a delicate flesh with a blush of pink when first cut.
By late pressing and fermenting with wine yeast the cider produces a wonderful floral aroma, incredibly fresh on the palate with good acidity and notes of quince and fresh grass. A delicious wine alternative. As with the other Kentish Pip Ciders Pure Discovery is also Gluten Free and suitable for
Vegans.

Special Editions Range
Following Pure Discovery, Kentish Pip will release further specials throughout the year to continue to showcase different varieties and their characteristics. The goal is to show people the potential of apples beyond the status quo and mainstream ciders.
