Since opening their doors on 19th December, Mel & Cyril at The Flippin’ Frog have received nothing but rave reviews from the press and customers alike, despite running out of beer on their opening day.
Micro-chef Mel has got into the swing of things quickly, delighting their customers with an ever changing locally sourced daily menu of delights to complement the selection of well kept local ales and ciders.
Their ‘Local’ ethos is going from strength to strength, with them quickly building relationships with neighbouring businesses such as local pubs, cafes and art galleries to encourage more and more customers to venture to their end of the High Street and promote the whole high street as a collective.
Their first ‘gig’ will be on 26th January when notorious local musician Davey Malone will perform live & unplugged from 8.30pm.
