Mushroom & QuinoaNew Recipe from Artisan Bread Organic! With a hint of garlic and finely sliced mushrooms fermented with freshly milled quinoa for a delicious savoury snack warm or cold.

What Does it taste Like? Savoury – beefy taste without the meat!

We ferment mushrooms with quinoa and then bake them into a panini size for a savoury ‘beefy’ snack without the meat.

Delicious cold or hot: Pan fry for 2 minutes at medium heat in a little olive oil to serve warm for a fabulous anytime snack – a good source of protein!

Refrigerate on arrival. Suitable for home freezing.
