Only available until the end of the samphire season in mid-August.
Both crab and samphire are sourced direct from the fisherman in Rye, and founder Sam Gould prepares the crabmeat herself.
Says Sam: “The Crab & Samphire tart has been an instant hit. It’s fresh, local and very different. Everyone who tries it has loved the taste.”
