Each day Biddenden will be showcasing one of its award-winning wines, starting with the Gribble Bridge Sparkling White, 2009, on Saturday 23 May. The vineyard will be open to the public as normal and people are encouraged to come and learn more about how English wine is produced here in the heart of the Garden of England.
Produced from 11 different grape varieties grown on 23 acres of gentle south facing slopes, all Biddenden’s quality white, rosé, red and sparkling English wines are pressed, fermented and bottled on the estate. Visitors are invited all year round to see the process from grape to glass. Whether participating in a guided tour or exploring the vineyard at their own leisure, all visitors are invited to return to the shop for complimentary tastings of the full range of products to discover for themselves the great taste of English wine.
