We also have the Growth Rings’ Launch party to be held at the Growth Rings’ Garden at the Romney Marsh Visitor Centre on the May Spring Bank Holiday weekend 23-25 May 2015. The Press day will be on Friday 22 May 2015. Please note the Romney Marsh Visitor Centre can be reached by the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway by stopping at Warren Halt.
We had quite an eventful week with visits from politicians, bats, and even the press. There is an article running in this week’s Folkestone Herald (on page 11) about Growth Rings.

On Facebook, there is a lovely picture of the two bats that were rescued by the Bat Conservation Trust and also a link to how trees envelop objects that then have to be cut from the wood – such as WWII ammunition that was removed from the wood, at source, that was delivered to us.
