Our Summer Top ale will be able from June onwards.
A very pale ale, made with 100% extra pale Maris Otter malt, hopped with Amarillo and East Kent Goldings. It is a very light and refreshing ale with a hoppy, citrus aroma and a smooth finish.
This beer will be available in cask and bottles and is 3.6%.
Our on-line shop will be ready by the summer – so our customers will be able to have our beer delivered directly to their home or we will be offering a click and collect service.
Our range of Old Dairy Brewery chutneys and mustards are now available from our shop and many farm shops around Kent.
Our Spring beer, Spring Top, is available in cask and is a 4%.
We are now doing Brewery Tours and must be booked in advance. (£10 per head). Tours take around 1.5 hours which includes brewery tour and beer tasting and 10% discount in our shop on the day.
Our Brewery Shop is now open: Monday – Friday: 10 am – 4 pm. Saturday: 10 am – 2pm and we sell the range of our beers as well as other local produce.
