Spring is the season when people are most likely to make a change, to seek help, to address an issue, or to embark on a new project. It is a time of renewal and new ideas. A time of growth and new life….as nature so beautifully demonstrates.

So with this optimistic spring in everyone’s step, what changes have you made, or will you make, to bring the customers your way?

  • If you’re in retail, visuals are easy to use. Have you considered new displays, new signage or new branding to freshen up your image or your window/entrance display? New product lines and seasonal displays are always enticing to customers and may encourage impulse buying or additional purchases.
  • If your business is people  (legal, accounting, care industry, etc.) have you considered new promotions, open days, discovery sessions or focus groups? All of these ideas can be pitched to existing and new customers and can bring in new ideas or solutions that show your customers your business is about THEM.
  • If your business is product focused how about the launch of a new product, or at least rename an existing product, with a bright, fresh name? Samples are a great way to get people interested.

In springtime people are on the move, they are out and about, keen to explore, rediscover, reinvent….. Don’t let them pass you by. Invite them in, delight them, brighten their day and reward yourself with their loyalty.
