News for West Fisher this month is that we have agreed to take over the running of a 10 acre vineyard from January 2015. The vineyard is located in East Sussex in the village of Piltdown and is called Springfields. The entire harvest will be taken to our winery in Kent and should give us around 5-7,000 bottles of quality English wine in 2015. We will be starting on winter pruning there this week and work through to February to repair trellis, improve drainage and access as well as fit new gates and fence repairs.
Other news is our cider gift packs out for Christmas, either 3 bottles of Scrumpy cider or a variety pack of 1 Scrumpy, 1 Mulled and 1 Summer Fruits cider in a pack, cost £7.99 a pack. Also out are 2 bottle sparkling wine gift wrapped packs for £30.
