Winter Warmers from The Chai Stop

Dan Desborough PhotographyTemperatures may be dropping but we are warming up at The Chai Stop, where our curries and other dishes really come into their own in the chillier seasons.

We are really thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Kent Life and Kent on Sunday Food and Drink Awards and are looking forwards to going to the ceremony on 13 November.

Another highlight on our November calendar is the Ashford Outlet Centre Pop Up.  We look forwards to meeting old friends and new on the weekend of 29 and 30 November, where we will be offering tastings and selling our curries.

A hearty and delicious spicy tomato soup is a new addition to our range of some 35 dishes. This is made with potato, fresh ginger and garlic and whole spices, a truly appetizing winter warmer.

A substantial, rich, yet delicately- flavoured Beef Rogan Josh curry is also fresh on our menu, beautifully combining fennel, fresh tomatoes, cream and yoghurt.

We are very excited about the introduction of our new mango dessert, perfect to round off Christmas celebrations.  This is a scrumptious concoction, blending mangoes, fresh cream and meringue, subtly flavoured with cardamom.

Our No-Fat Spiced Dhal is a relatively recent addition to our range, proving to be very popular and ideal for customers with certain dietary requirements, including cholesterol issues.

At this time of year, we are delighted to be able to provide our fare for parties.  Our curries also make an original Christmas gift.  We offer gift vouchers and a 24-hour delivery of our frozen dishes anywhere on the UK mainland for just £10.
