All our table birds are reared and prepared on our family farm. They are hung for several days to allow their natural flavours to mature and are supplied oven ready, wrapped in greaseproof paper.
We are able to supply a variety of sizes to suit most families. Duckpit Valley geese and turkeys can be collected from our farm in Waltham, near Canterbury, in time for Christmas.
