Mint Mayhem is one of our mildest products, it’s a mint jelly/jam with a twist! Jalapenos liven up this old-school classic along with background citrus notes. An ideal condiment to compliment your roast lamb, or why not get creative and add it to a stews, casseroles, potato salads or just smothered over toast for a spicy mint kick! As this is made very much like a jam you can also heat it up to make it less viscous and use it as a glaze on your roast leg or any lamb cuts on a BBQ.
