For the first time in the history of the SCA (specialist cheesemakers association) Kent was chosen to host the annual farm visit. Over 120 cheesemakers from all over the country as far as Ayrshire, west as Cornwall and of also from wales. All here for the weekend to visit Winterdale and also a tour of our cousins salad farm at Offham and then culminating with a presentation gala dinner followed by the AGM on Sunday morning.
We were very honoured to be chosen by the chairman out of all the great British cheesemakers across the country and it was a delight to receive so many positive comments about our dairy and cheese.
