Notcutts Garden Centre is firmly on Tunbridge Wells’ food map, three months since on from opening its brand new centre in Pembury. Its 190 seat restaurant ‘The Kitchen’, providing freshly cooked food and boasting a lovely Mediterranean style terrace, had become a popular local destination. And its food hall, with a strong emphasis on local, is becoming increasingly popular, with onsite butcher Ian Chatfield opening his second branch following Tonbridge which opened a couple of years ago. The Butchers provides all of the meat for the restaurant which is from local farms. Their Beef is from British Beef which is grass-fed either from Penshurst or Sevenoaks Weald. Kent meat farmed with passion and prepared with pride using traditional methods.
