Whitstable Produce Store is celebrating summer with a new “edible garden” and a new 
holiday flat!
Our new little sun-trap means that customers can now sit outside in an “edible garden” featuring espaliered apple, pear, cherry and peach trees, herbs and chillies while they enjoy a Kentinental breakfast (accredited by Visit Kent for its local sourcing), juices, smoothies, coffee and an increasing array of cakes – or a glass of wine or a beer. The garden is young but visitors have already commented on the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. And, like our produce from 20+ Kent makers, the garden is locally sourced – it’s designed by Whitstable garden designers Bloomingbells.
The Store’s first-floor holiday flat Sunset View shares the courtyard garden with the Store while also having its own private patio.
