Hush Heath Estate is complementing its wine tours and vineyard walks with hand-prepared picnic lunches.
The beautiful, 400 acre estate near Staplehurst, home of Balfour Brut Rosé and a growing cellar of still and sparkling English wines, is offering the light lunches for those who want to relax and enjoy the award-winning winery’s idyllic surroundings.
The lunches for two include luxury meats and cheeses served with apples and fruits grown on the estate or locally. The simple, al fresco platters compliment Hush Heath’s vintage wines and new range of delicate ciders infused with Kentish flavours.
The lunch boxes must be pre-booked, but can be taken as part of the winery’s free Vineyard Trail or its pre-booked wine tours.
The winery is open from 11am – 5pm, Wednesday to Sundays, including Bank Holidays.
