Just five months after opening, Whitstable Produce Store is going from strength to strength. In addition to selling products and produce from over twenty Kent makers and gaining official Kent Breakfast accreditation for its “Kentinental” breakfast, the independent Store in Whitstable now has it’s own holiday flat (Sunset View) on the first floor of its Grade 2 listed Georgian building and has opened its courtyard garden for customers. Designed by Whitstable garden designer Bloomingbells, the garden continues the “produce” theme with espaliered fruit trees while providing seating for up to sixteen additional people to enjoy juices, smoothies, coffee and, with apologies to Somerset Maugham, Cakes and Ale (local of course)!
