The Wooden Spoon Preserving Company is taking part in the Wye Food Festival 2014 by hosting cream teas and jam tasting at our factory shop on the outskirts of picturesque village of Wye. You can join us from Monday, 23rd June to Friday, 27th June, 9am to 5pm. Also, find us at the festival special Wye Farmers’ Market on Saturday, 21st June. Might even have waffles!
If you come in for the tasting you will have a chance to try our new range of curds. Lemon curd is a well loved family favourite made with the finest zingy lemons prepared the traditional way. The new additions are fruity blackcurrant and a spicy ginger. The range of the three thankfully small portions of very naughty scrumptious curds is also available as a gift pack.
