Avante Community Support is successful in Kent County Council’s recent tender for Home Care Services.
Avante Partnership is delighted with this news as we are passionate 
and committed to delivering person centred care, recognising that everyone is unique and will have different needs and requirements. Our Home Care services provide compassionate personal care and support services for people living within their own homes.
Kent County Council has awarded Avante Community Support contracts to deliver Home Care services to 5 localities within Kent. This means that we will continue to provide services for KCC clients in Canterbury and Coastal, Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley and Swale whilst moving into the two new geographical areas which are Ashford and West Kent.
Angela Johnson, Service and Business Development Lead said; “We are looking forward to this exciting opportunity to expand our services across Kent. We are currently working with local providers to ensure that all our service users receive high quality care.”
Avante Partnership are currently mobilising the new contract and are recruiting carers across these localities.
