Fudge Kitchen takes its first foray into food service …

Fudge Kitchen’s Drinking Fudge range was launched in 2012 and has since grown into one of their best selling lines with eight indecently indulgent flavours, and counting.

The uniqueness and versatility of the product, mixing smoothly with Fudge Kitchen 090514milk to equally create fresh, chilled frappés and rich, creamy hot drinks, makes it ideal for food service – one product, endless options – and it was only a matter of time before a suitable format was launched, bringing an alluringly new alternative to a pedestrian café drinks menu.

Fudge Kitchen has newly developed a clean and efficient pump dispenser for their new 1.35kg catering bottles and is launching them in two flavours: Chocolate and the brand new Original Sea Salted Caramel, which, with neither a chocolate nor coffee base, represents an entirely uncharted beverage sector, in a typically trailblazing Fudge Kitchen fashion.

Mixing marvelously with syrups and toppings; or blending beautifully with fruit and crushed ice, this is a year round crowd pleaser and, with a minimum potential mark-up of 275%, it’s a proprietor pleaser too.

All the signs from the willing samplers at the London Coffee Festival last month were incredibly positive and we are expecting the same response from food service industry representatives at the Caffè Culture Festival next week.
