Asparagus Time!

Its the beginning of April, the weather is warmer, and thoughts turn to asparagus! We are hoping that the asparagus crowns have survived the very wet winter. There is evidence of small white buds starting to appear and we expect the season to be underway towards the end of April. We will be in touch again nearer the time.
